TRADE CUSTOMERS... Please note that this is no longer the login for the specific wholesale / trade section of Lady V London, please access your login link from the My Account menu, thank you.

During this process we have migrated all of our customer accounts and order histories across but unfortunately for security reasons we cannot transfer your existing passwords.

Therefore due to this the new site has automatically been sending out account invites to allow past customers and those registered with us to continue to use your account in the future. In order to allow this you would need to activate your account with us by clicking the button in the email sent saying Activate Account and then setting up a new password.

We are sorry for this inconvenience but in order to maintain the integrity of your account, passwords must be set by yourself through this method.

If you are yet to receive your Account Activation email and are trying to checkout just drop us a message on our chat system here on the website (bottom right hand corner) and we will send one out to you manually asap so you can checkout straight away.
