About Lady Vintage

Lady V is an independent British brand specialising in 1950s Vintage inspired styles with a modern twist. Pairing classic silhouettes that are figure flattering with both feminine vintage floral prints and our more unique and quirky prints - there's a dress for everyone, for all tastes, shapes and sizes.

Originating from a market stall based in Southampton and quickly followed by a successful eBay store, the Lady Vintage brand was officially born with the launch of the ladyvlondon website in 2011 and has grown year on year since. Lady V is now one of the most well known independent vintage reproduction brands, stocking boutiques worldwide and selling to thousands of customers each year around the world.

We are incredibly proud to have worked with the same London based factory since 2013 and are one of a small number of British brands that both design and manufacture all of our own designs. Having our design and manufacturing base in the heart of London provides us with some of the highest quality garment manufacturing available in the UK, and means that all styles are always consistently sized and the quality of clothing made remains at the highest level.

Our London based pattern makers and machinists work alongside the Lady V design team to help us bring all our ideas to life, and we are extremely proud that this also means that we are helping to make sure that these skills are passed from generation to generation and stay within our UK factories for years to come.
