Vintage Estella Dresses
The Estella Dress was our very first style launched under the 'Lady Voluptuous' brand back in 2015. At the time, the brand was revolutionary in being the first dedicated Plus Size Vintage Dress clothing label. The style was created in collaboration with Plus-Size influencer Georgina Horne (now Cox), who at the time wrote the blog Fuller Figure Fuller Bust.
Our Vintage 1950's Inspired Estella Dresses
'Estella' (named after the character in Great Expectations) featured short sleeves, a feminine V neckline, and a full fabulous flared skirt. She quickly became the most popular Lady Voluptuous style, with customers all saying how wonderfully flattering and curve-enhancing the style was.
Made from 97% Cotton and 3% Elastine, the natural fibre stretch material feels beautiful against the skin - providing support and a fabulous fit, whilst keeping cool on even the warmest of summer days. Now produced under the Lady V brand, the style is offered in all Sizes 8-30/32.
